I'd agree those are real mean machines. They are built like a tank. I came across nicolai frames website a few months back. Are these their latest offerings?
The first pic looks like all-mountain geometry. Second pic...center frame is a little Titus like. The G box is awesome. Internal gearing system. Like the HammerSchmidt from Truvativ. But the G box looks like its custom built and may not be compatible with other frames. Now...if I could just get my hands on HammerSchmidt.....hahaha....just kidding...but we all hope to try it some day wouldn't we?
As for the rest of the pics, they all look soooo tough! Too tough for my taste. I wonder whats the weight like....
Hi - the first one is my bike; posted on MTB. Heavy, but rides nice; I use it for all mountain, a little overkill, but indestructable (well, within reason). I changed the seat and fork (lyric now) and have Stan's rims and WTB 2.5 WeirWolfs...I'll send an updated pic when I get a chance. Thanks for putting it up; glad I got it before US dollar tanked against Euro...
